My name is Janine Ferrari, and my daughter (Ashley Kerber) just recently got married.
We used your services, and I would like to share with you how AWESOME our experience
was! (You can breathe now! hehe)
I had used other rental companies on the island in the past, and had good service.
So you can understand my reluctance in wanting to try someone new at this very special
time. Scott from Loulu Palms had recommended I call you. I bit the bullet and
decided that I had better at least check you out. His connection had been with Jennifer,
so when I scheduled the appointment, I made it with her.
From the second my daughter and I entered the office, we were made to feel very welcome.
The day we came in the computers were on "Melt Down Mode" but still everyone was very
pleasant and helpful! That is a very rare thing in this day and age! We then were
greeted by Jennifer, and the fun began! She walked and talked us through everything!!!
I mean she REALLY helped us get through all the answers! We came in with so many
questions, obstacles, and color choices, that I did not know how we would ever decide!
Jennifer took her time, and systematically got the job done! She was the BEST!
I have never had anyone take the amount of time she did with us, and really care!
And it gets better!!!! She knew that I was not able to hire a wedding coordinator, and
through the year or so before the wedding, she would call from time to time with a
suggestion, or to tell us that the color we had picked needed to changes due to the
amounts we needed. AND if that was not enough.......She volunteered to help me the day
of the wedding! Now... I am as stubborn as a Mule, and still think I am Super Man's
daughter, so I told her I didn't think I needed the help. WRONG!!!!
Had she not insisted on helping me that day, it would not have gotten finished in time
for the quests arriving, as the "Friends" that were supposed to be there to help, did
not allow for all the traffic, and were very late. A few even missed the wedding all
together. I really think she went above and beyond her job title.
I am in retail, and understand great customer service. The service I received with
this company went off the charts!!! I cannot even articulate how wonderful Jennifer
is for your business! You only get one chance to make a first impression, and my first
impression of this company is AWESOME JOB!!!! I will NEVER use another company!
Please thank Jennifer and the rest of your wonderful staff for me! The wedding was a
huge success because of Hawaii Tents!

Before I begin, may I say what a pleasure it was to meet both you and
Chris on that Thursday when you stopped by. Thank you for being so
nice. I wanted to send one last email to thank you and your company
for the services which were far beyond excellent. We received so many
inquiries and compliments on everything from the canopies to the the
linens and everything in between. I was sure to follow your
recommended table layout and everything fit perfectly! I really,
really liked and appreciated the very clean lines of how the canopy
was put up. It did not give off that messy and cluttered feeling
tents sometimes offer with all the poles, ropes, etc., and it felt
very spacious and safe. It was actually very elegant and I wish I
could have them up all the time! I was sure to pass on your company
name to those interested. Even the DJ company inquired about the set
up and rental equipment because of its quality. I also really liked
the chairs.
Not only did they give a very polished look, but they were really
comfortable and sturdy. As far as outdoor chairs are concerned, your
black ones were very elegant. I must also tell you just how pleased I
was at how clean and fresh your ice chest coolers and trash bins were.
Thank you so much for everything. You, Jenny, have made this entire
experience very pleasant and non-stressful. If not for you and your
great company, the event would not have been what it was. Should I
ever need to hold another outdoor event, I know I will be calling and
requesting YOU. You are awesome!
I've attached some photos of the set up prior to the guests'
arrivals. As I had mentioned, my son wanted everything very simple,
understated and clean lined so we kept the decor at a minimum. Your
white table linens, black chairs and grand canopies really did the job
to capture the look we were attempting.

To start, I have been coordinating events for Pearl Harbor for years and
have used your company for the majority of it. This year, I had so many
new challenges and people not doing what they said they would, BUT folks
in your organization made it easy and were extremely customer oriented.
From the beginning, Dennis Young coordinated details ensuring that I had
exactly what was needed, demonstrating wonderful communication. Mike
Doyle was extremely flexible and cooperating ensuring the scheduling fit
my needs. Even Tui and his friendly and cooperative crew came out,
coordinated the specific locations and worked quickly to install the
items. The tear down was even easier.
I just wanted to take a moment and express how much quality service is

HAWAII's EVENT INNOVATOR
Dear Mike,
On behalf of Goodwill Industries of Hawaii and the people we serve, we wanted
to thank you and Hawaii Tents & Events for helping us with our last-minute tent
needs at Goodwill's 2008 Annual Silent Auction held at The Willows.
The cocktail tables were easy to set up and helped to create an informal atmosphere
in the event. The canopy tents worked perfectly over the walkway and provided our
guests with a dry area during the intermittent rain. You and your staff
(Alex and Tobei) are to be commended for making this happen.
The Willows were very impresses with the way we were able to arrange tents quickly
and they liked the results. They will be using Hawaii Tents & Events as a referral
in the future...
